1. Scope
The terms & conditions are applying to all contracts, shipments and other services between – Honeymoon Textilimport  u. Vertriebsges.mbH, (hereafter: 12xl Shop) and consumers.

2. Contractual partners
The contract concludes with: Honeymoon Textilimport  u. Vertriebsges.mbH, Eckardstr. 15, 58453 Witten, Germany, authorised to represent: Rolf Brüne. Your are able to reach our service-team in case of questions and complaints on business days from 9 am to 6 pm via telephone under +49 2302 69 82 48 as well as via e-mail under info@12xl.de.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

Offer
The presentation of products in our onlineshop is not a legal binding offer, but a request to order. All offers are valid "as long as on stock", if not other noticed at the product. Errors excepted.

Conclusion of contract
You are having the alternative to conclude the contract in English or German language.
By clicking the button [ Submit order ] in the last step of ordering process, you are giving a binding order of the items in your cart. A confirmation of receiving the order is following directly after sending the order. The contract is concluded with sending an order confirmation or with shipping the items.

4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are having a legal right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are able to send back the undamaged and unused items in the original packing within 14 days. The period starts with the day you recieved the items. To keep the period just inform us via mail, fax or email and send back the items to:

We will refund the price excluding shipping cost or we will change the items. The custumer has to pay the shipping costs. It is the customer´s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the items. The return shipping costs cannot be refunded to the customer.


5. Pricing and shipping

Pricing
All prices are in Euro including VAT plus shipping. All payments have to be made in Euro, GBP or CHF.

Shipping and handling
The shipping costs are depending on the selected shipping and payment.
They will be shown exactly before placing your binding order.

Standard delivery: 4.95 GBP
from 70GBP freight free!

How we are shipping
Your order will be shipped in neutral packing via Deutscher Paket Dienst (DPD) to your address.

Delivery time
Your order will be processed prompt after receiving it and will be shipped as quickly as possible.
Information about delivery times could be find directly in the descriptions of items.

If the item is not available in time as we were not be supplied in time by our manufacturer we will keep you informed immediately. You are than able to wait for the item or cancel your order. If you cancel your order we will pay back your money immediately.

As soon as we have sent out your order we will keep you informed by e-mail.

Partial shipment
We are allowed to do partial shipments as far as you wish us to do so. Additional shipping costs has to be paid with binding agreement only.

6. Payment information
 
Payment methods
The payments could be made via PayPal, cash in advance or cash on delivery (COD - inside Germany only).

Payment via cash in advance (wire transfer)
If you select cash in advance you will get a discount of 2% on the order value.
You will get our bank details with the order confirmation in the e-mail will send you after the order. The items will be shipped after receiving the money.

Payment via cash on delivery (COD - inside Germany only)
We do not offer COD for delivery address outside Germany.

We try to make other payment methods accessible in the near future, so be patient for this.



7. Retention of title
The delivered items stay in our possession up to the full payment.


8. Guarantee
The guarantee applies to legal clause.


9. Additional information

Wording
The wording will be stored on our internal systems. You are able to view the terms & conditions on this page. The order details and terms will be sent by e-mail. For safety reasons the wording is no longer viewable via internet after your order.

Data protection
We do not pass on your personal information, including your home address and e-mail address, to third parties without your acceptance. Exceptions to this policy are our service partners, who require the transmission of data for order processing (e.g. our carrier or the credit institute). In these cases, the extent of the transmitted data is restricted to the barest minimum.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
Jurisdiction of all litigation on this contract is Witten  - Germany.
It applies the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of CISG.
